My friend and his wife wanted to build a new home for their family. The site is on a trapezoidal lot on the side of a cul-de-sac. The home is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath ranch walkout with a 3 car capped garage and ample storage in the basement. The home is designed to bring in plenty of natural light and to take advantage of the views to the woods and farm fields in the distance. It is designed to be energy efficient and to meet the needs of a growing family.
