Loras College

With a physics minor and major in applied math at Loras, I had the opportunity to work as a physics assistant and math tutor. I graded homework for physics I & II and tutored students in the math lab by appointment or walk-in. I worked under the supervision of Dr. Ken McLaughlin, who was a great mentor and teacher. I learned a lot about physics and math, and I enjoyed helping other students learn as well. I also gained valuable experience in teaching and mentoring, which has been helpful in my career as a designer and developer.
